This delightful modern villa enjoys an excellent situation in a quiet cul-de-sac on the
outskirts of the charming village of Moussan, ten minutes' drive from Narbonne. The village
has a new restaurant, a post office, two general stores, and two boulangeries. The detached
villa has ample room for off-street parking for two cars, attractive gardens with a rose
arbour and fruit trees, and a lovely swimming pool with an outside shower. The south-facing
terrace has a retractable sun-blind and built-in barbeque and is ideal for those long lazy
meals that always taste so much better when eaten outside.
To the right of the entrance hall is a good size kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hob and electric oven. To the left is a large L-shaped lounge with comfortable seating, TV/DVD and a dining room. Beyond the hall is a modern bathroom with shower, bidet and washbasin, separate wc plus two twin bedrooms with plenty of sunlight. A steep flight of stairs leads to a pleasant double bedroom with french windows that allow for a great view of the village and a small bedroom with a bunk bed fit for a child up to 10 years old. The ground floor also has a laundry room with washing machine and a second modern bathroom with bath and wc and basin. Electric heaters throughout provide warmth for cosy out-of-season lets.
All-in-all the villa provides an ideal location for family holidays enjoying both the tranquillity of a typical quaint Midi village and the convenience of nearby Narbonne and the beaches.
