Standing in the midst of vineyards this lovely villa overlooks one of the most attractive stretches
of the tree-lined Canal du Midi and is just a few minutes' walk away from the delightful village of
Paraza. The open-plan living and dining area is finished and furnished to a very high standard.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The living room has two sofas and satellite TV. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground
floor, plus bathroom and wc. A spiral staircase leads to a family room with two singles and
one double bed. At the other end of the lounge an open staircase leads to the master bedroom
which has a double bed, en-suite shower room with wc, and its own roof terrace. The villa also
has a large carport.
Three sets of French windows lead out onto the verandah and sun terrace which overlooks the lovely swimming pool. South-facing, the sun terrace is a perfect spot for sunbathing, barbeques or simply lazing around. The Villa Jonquille is a splendid location which will comfortably accommodate up to ten people, and is a perfect base from which to explore this delightful region.
