Villa Paradis is a self contained three bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a luxurious modern
house. Set among orchards and vineyards in a quiet location on the edge of the village of St Nazaire.
Close to the Canal du Midi and the long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean with the town of Narbonne
only 8 kms away. St Nazaire has a tennis court, post office, bakery, newsagent, mini market and a
restaurant/ bar. There is a well stocked supermarket 5 mins drive away. At the nearby villages of
Mirepeisset and Le Somail you will find great restaurants, pedalos or boat hire for a lazy day on
the canal, a park with children’s playground, a lovely lake for swimming, boating and fishing.
The neighbouring village of Ventenac offers wine tasting at its excellently kept winery and museum.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. The double
bedroom has a shower, washbasin and WC immediately adjacent to it. The twin has en-suite shower,
toilet and wash basin as does the family room which is furnished with both a double bed as well
as bunk beds. Bedrooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large lounge/
dining area with two settees, two dining tables, plenty of chairs, a bar, TV and satellite
(including BBC digital). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven and grill,
microwave. The washing machine is in the utility room which is shared with the friendly owners who
live in the apartment above. There is plenty of outdoor space with two large patios, a barbecue area
which has table, umbrella and chairs, a well kept south facing garden and a five metre octagonal
plunge pool with a pagoda alongside for shade. Beach and picnic equipment are available for use.
The large courtyard is walled with a locking gate and gives secure parking for 3 - 4 cars.
